Fitness Center Class
Carla Treadway, a Certified Level 1 Crossfit Coach, will be having fitness classes on Tuesday 6:15-7:00 pm, and Saturdays 7:15-8:00 am. The classes will be 45 minutes long, they will follow the following format: Warm-up, Skill Work, then a workout that the class starts together, and can be modified to a person's specific needs. There is no minimum fitness level, and each person works to their own ability. Each workout will be different, using different elements that Carla may bring from her Gym in Findlay (Tread's Gym). Kettlebells, Wall balls, jump ropes, box jumps, dumb bells, ab mat, rubber plates, Olympic barbells, pvc pipe to learn specific movements. All are encouraged to sign-up, must be 18 and older. Class size is limited to 6 people.
